Charleston Market Updates
Strong buying activity for this time of year.
We normally start to see a small slowdown now that gets a little worse each week until next March.
But this was a very good week.
James Island and downtown areas were a little slow.
But Mt Pleasant had an exceptional week as did most of the other areas.
Prices in the Summerville and Goose Creek areas have been good.
