2019-2020 Dirt to Door Rebate Program
If you sign with any ECRE team member as your Exclusive Buyer's Agent and purchase any listed property in the Charleston Tri-County area, as our client you will receive a 15% rebate off my commission at closing. As a buyer, we will represent you for FREE. All commissions are paid for by the seller unless otherwise negotiated from purchase price.
Common Misconception #1- "If I buy from the builder without an agent, I will get a better price." NOT TRUE A buyer's agent commission is already worked into these new construction costs and by using an agent your purchase price will not go up. In fact, I can often time save you money by negotiating upgrades and features that normally may not be addressed. I will also represent you throughout the whole process and watch for any problems that could arise from "Dirt to Door".

- Must be pre-approved or show proof of funds (if paying cash)
- Both buyer and agent must be present during the first meeting with builder to establish agency
